Dr. Roger D. Urlaub, a Long Island NY native, graduated from the SUNY at Stony Brook in 1977 with a B.S. degree in Biology. He continued his studies and graduated dental school from the SUNY at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 1981. In 1982 he completed a general practice dental residency at Goldwater Memorial Hospital in NYC. He practiced on Long Island for one year before relocating to Baltimore, MD in 1983.

Due to family health reasons, he sold his practice there in 2001 and relocated to North Raleigh where the current office opened in June of 2002. Since he began practicing dentistry, Dr. Urlaub has kept up to date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care.

He has trained under world famous dentists in Comprehensive and Cosmetic Dentistry and incorporates digital technology throughout the office, including the ability for patients to receive crowns and veneers in a single office visit using CEREC technology.

He has been married for 21 years to his wife, Ange. He has three college aged children, Josh, Zach and Noah.
